2. Applicants who have completed their senior secondary school education and sat for any Senior Secondary School Certificates Examination, such as WAEC or NECO, must provide their results. Applicants must have a minimum of five credits, including Math and English.
3. Medical reports/history of the applicant
4. Birth certificate of the applicant (original and photocopy).
5. The applicant's three passport pictures
6. One passport photograph of a parent or guardian
